Apple Vape Wholesale Distribution Notes for West Virginia Trade Buyers
Storage and shelf life at your West Virginia warehouse
Retail display units should stay in their sealed trays until sale. Opened stock should be merchandised upright, away from heat sources and strong light. Stores that follow this routine report virtually zero leak or dry-hit complaints across the apple vape range.
Shelf life is typically 18 to 24 months from production under proper conditions, and every master carton carries the batch date. We ship fresh production rather than aged stock, which gives retailers the full selling window and makes seasonal planning straightforward.
Container and pallet economics for West Virginia
We ship DAP, DDP or FOB depending on what your business needs. DDP customers get a single landed price with duties and taxes handled; experienced importers often prefer FOB Shenzhen Yantian and their own forwarder. Either way, the commercial invoice, packing list and airway or bill of lading are delivered the moment goods move.
Tracking is proactive, not optional. You receive departure notice, transshipment updates and arrival reminder from the same account manager who quoted you. For urgent retail launches we can split shipments — a small air parcel to fill the shelf while the sea freight follows.
Battery transport rules are treated as part of the product. Cells travel at safe state-of-charge with proper carton marks and documentation, which is why West Virginia shipments clear forwarders with minimal friction.
Practical checklist
- Plan counter display units and flavor cards for launch day
- Request a mixed-flavor carton for first orders to test local demand
- Book sea freight early ahead of Chinese public holidays
- Register batch codes on arrival for first-in-first-out rotation
- Confirm destination regulations and required certificates before ordering
- Approve digital mockups before any custom printing begins
Freight options from Shenzhen to West Virginia
Standard export orders move by sea in full-container or less-than-container loads through Shanghai Yangshan, with air freight and rail options for urgent top-ups. Typical door-to-door timing is 10 to 15 working days depending on destination and season, and we book early around Chinese public holidays when capacity tightens.
Cartons for apple vape are built to survive international handling: five-layer corrugated board, molded inner trays, and weight kept under 18kg per master carton to comply with common carrier limits. Carton markings include item code, flavor, quantity, batch number and gross/net weight, so warehouse receiving is fast.
