Apple Vape Trade Terms Notes for Italy Trade Buyers

Retail presentation and display support

Staff education costs are minimal: the category is self-explanatory to adult buyers, and the flavor cards handle most questions. That operational simplicity is why convenience chains keep expanding shelf space for the category.

When destination rules in Italy change, paperwork changes with them. Flag the market at quotation stage and the desk confirms the exact certificate set in writing rather than at customs.

What Italy buyers check before ordering apple vape

Ignoring landed cost in favor of headline unit price frequently flips the ranking between suppliers once freight and duties are added. Always compare delivered cost to your warehouse, never FOB price alone.

Every quotation for Italy separates unit price, export packing and freight, so the landed number is visible from the first reply. Hidden-cost pricing is the fastest way to lose a trade account, and the desk refuses to work that way.

Quality control is not a slogan here. Cells are voltage-sorted, e-liquid batches are bench-checked, and an AQL sample from every apple vape carton run is inspected before the container doors close - the summary ships with the paperwork.

Practical checklist

• Register batch codes on arrival for first-in-first-out rotation
• Choose puff count and nicotine strength to match your customer base
• Keep the trade desk contact on +86 13711127975 for reorders and claims
• Book sea freight early ahead of Chinese public holidays
• Plan counter display units and flavor cards for launch day
• Request a mixed-flavor carton for first orders to test local demand

Timing orders around the production calendar

Skipping paperwork checks is another. Buyers who assume certificates exist instead of confirming them in writing can face customs holds. We document the exact certificate set — including TPD — before goods leave.

Packaging is engineered for the journey to Italy: five-layer master cartons kept under 18kg, molded inner trays, and stretch-wrapped pallets with corner protection for container loads. Thin cartons are a false economy the factory does not offer.
