Apple Vape Trade Terms Guide for California Wholesale Buyers

Container and pallet economics for California

Tracking is proactive, not optional. You receive departure notice, transshipment updates and arrival reminder from the same account manager who quoted you. For urgent retail launches we can split shipments — a small air parcel to fill the shelf while the sea freight follows.

Minimum order quantities are designed for trade: typical entry at 200 units, with mixed-flavor cartons available so first orders are not forced into a single profile. Volume tiers usually step up at pallet and container quantities, where per-unit savings become significant.

We ship DAP, DDP or FOB depending on what your business needs. DDP customers get a single landed price with duties and taxes handled; experienced importers often prefer FOB Ningbo-Zhoushan and their own forwarder. Either way, the commercial invoice, packing list and airway or bill of lading are delivered the moment goods move.

Packaging standards for export cartons

Counter display units are available for most lines: branded CDU trays that hold the flavor range in one neat block, with flavor cards that help customers self-select. Retailers using CDUs report faster basket decisions and fewer staff questions.

Labeling can follow destination requirements — nicotine warnings, importer details, batch codes and barcodes can all be printed in position. Artwork templates are supplied in editable format so own-label customers can adapt them in minutes.

Carton marking includes item code, flavor, quantity, batch number and gross and net weight, so California warehouse receiving scans through without manual sorting.

Timing orders around the production calendar

Standard export orders move by sea in full-container or less-than-container loads through Hong Kong, with air freight and rail options for urgent top-ups. Typical door-to-door timing is 5 to 7 working days depending on destination and season, and we book early around Chinese public holidays when capacity tightens.

Quality control is not a slogan here. Cells are voltage-sorted, e-liquid batches are bench-checked, and an AQL sample from every apple vape carton run is inspected before the container doors close - the summary ships with the paperwork.

Cartons for apple vape are built to survive international handling: five-layer corrugated board, molded inner trays, and weight kept under 18kg per master carton to comply with common carrier limits. Carton markings include item code, flavor, quantity, batch number and gross/net weight, so warehouse receiving is fast.

Freight options from Shenzhen to California

We ship DAP, DDP or FOB depending on what your business needs. DDP customers get a single landed price with duties and taxes handled; experienced importers often prefer FOB Guangzhou Nansha and their own forwarder. Either way, the commercial invoice, packing list and airway or bill of lading are delivered the moment goods move.

Freight to California runs sea, air or rail depending on urgency and volume. DDP quotations fold duties and taxes into one landed figure, while experienced importers often take FOB and route through their own forwarder.
