Apple Vape Retail Display Handbook for Greece Trade Buyers

Compliance paperwork for Greece imports

All products are intended for adult smokers of legal age. We do not market to minors, our packaging carries no youth-oriented imagery, and trade customers are expected to follow the age-verification and advertising rules of their own jurisdictions.

Quality control is not a slogan here. Cells are voltage-sorted, e-liquid batches are bench-checked, and an AQL sample from every apple vape carton run is inspected before the container doors close - the summary ships with the paperwork.

Reorder cycles and demand patterns in Greece

Where issues do occur — a damaged carton, a rare defective unit — the replacement policy is applied against photo evidence with minimal back-and-forth, which is the service point our long-term accounts mention most often.

For online sellers in Greece, the asset pack matters as much as the product: white-background images, spec tables and flavor descriptions let a new apple vape listing go live the day stock arrives.

What Greece buyers check before ordering apple vape

The most common first-order error is over-buying a single flavor based on personal taste rather than local data. Mixed cartons and regional recommendations remove most of that risk for apple vape programs.

Buyers across Greece usually start a apple vape conversation with two questions: what is in stock today, and when it can be on a truck. Ready-stock lines move within days, while production batches follow the 12 to 18 working days window the desk confirms with the quotation.

Skipping paperwork checks is another. Buyers who assume certificates exist instead of confirming them in writing can face customs holds. We document the exact certificate set — including RoHS — before goods leave.

Timing orders around the production calendar

Under-planning lead times around Chinese holidays and peak shipping season turns predictable restocks into emergencies. Building a two-week buffer and using split shipments keeps apple vape shelves full year-round.

Battery transport rules are treated as part of the product. Cells travel at safe state-of-charge with proper carton marks and documentation, which is why Greece shipments clear forwarders with minimal friction.

Payment terms for Greece accounts follow a simple path: bank transfer with a deposit for new buyers, and milestone terms for established accounts running container programs. Current terms are confirmed in writing with every quotation.

After-sales support and claims handling

We reject the common wholesale trick of shipping untested mix-grade stock. Every batch we send has passed the same checklist, and customers receive the inspection summary with their shipping confirmation. If a unit fails within the defect window, the claim is handled with replacement units on the next order — no debate.

Age policy is absolute: products are marketed to adult smokers of legal age only, and Greece trade customers are expected to apply the same standard in their own channels.

Retail presentation and display support

Counter display units are available for most lines: branded CDU trays that hold the flavor range in one neat block, with flavor cards that help customers self-select. Retailers using CDUs report faster basket decisions and fewer staff questions.

Every quotation for Greece separates unit price, export packing and freight, so the landed number is visible from the first reply. Hidden-cost pricing is the fastest way to lose a trade account, and the desk refuses to work that way.
