How Vietnam Buyers Handle Apple Vape Reorder Program

Storage and shelf life at your Vietnam warehouse

Shelf life is typically 18 to 24 months from production under proper conditions, and every master carton carries the batch date. We ship fresh production rather than aged stock, which gives retailers the full selling window and makes seasonal planning straightforward.

Claims are rare and handled fast. Photo evidence of a damaged carton or defective unit is matched against batch records and resolved with replacement units on the next apple vape shipment to Vietnam.

Quality control is not a slogan here. Cells are voltage-sorted, e-liquid batches are bench-checked, and an AQL sample from every apple vape carton run is inspected before the container doors close - the summary ships with the paperwork.

Building a apple vape range that fits Vietnam demand

Disposable and pod-based lines continue to take share in convenience channels because they need no staff training and no maintenance. For apple vape, that means reliable repeat orders with minimal support cost — exactly the profile a wholesale buyer wants from a category anchor.

Retail feedback from Vietnam repeats one pattern: customers come back for the same flavor when batch quality is stable. That repeat behavior is worth more than a one-cent saving on the first order.

What Vietnam buyers check before ordering apple vape

Ignoring landed cost in favor of headline unit price frequently flips the ranking between suppliers once freight and duties are added. Always compare delivered cost to your warehouse, never FOB price alone.

Payment terms for Vietnam accounts follow a simple path: bank transfer with a deposit for new buyers, and milestone terms for established accounts running container programs. Current terms are confirmed in writing with every quotation.

Reorder forecasting is a shared exercise. Vietnam buyers who share a rough quarterly forecast get production slots reserved and freight consolidated, which shows up directly in the per-unit number.

Freight options from Shenzhen to Vietnam

Tracking is proactive, not optional. You receive departure notice, transshipment updates and arrival reminder from the same account manager who quoted you. For urgent retail launches we can split shipments — a small air parcel to fill the shelf while the sea freight follows.

We ship DAP, DDP or FOB depending on what your business needs. DDP customers get a single landed price with duties and taxes handled; experienced importers often prefer FOB Shenzhen Shekou and their own forwarder. Either way, the commercial invoice, packing list and airway or bill of lading are delivered the moment goods move.

Standard export orders move by sea in full-container or less-than-container loads through Guangzhou Nansha, with air freight and rail options for urgent top-ups. Typical door-to-door timing is 12 to 18 working days depending on destination and season, and we book early around Chinese public holidays when capacity tightens.

After-sales support and claims handling

Distributors highlight the paperwork side. Customs-cleared shipments with complete documents, accurate packing lists and responsive freight coordination reduce the total landed cost far more than haggling over cents on unit price.

Battery transport rules are treated as part of the product. Cells travel at safe state-of-charge with proper carton marks and documentation, which is why Vietnam shipments clear forwarders with minimal friction.
