Venezuela Apple Vape Reorder Program: Pre-Order Checklist for Wholesale Buyers

Timing orders around the production calendar

We ship DAP, DDP or FOB depending on what your business needs. DDP customers get a single landed price with duties and taxes handled; experienced importers often prefer FOB Shenzhen Yantian and their own forwarder. Either way, the commercial invoice, packing list and airway or bill of lading are delivered the moment goods move.

Distributors covering Venezuela often ask about territory planning. Because the reorder program program is built on reorder volume rather than one-off deals, the desk shares regional demand context before commitments are made.

Sample evaluation should mirror real trading conditions: open the carton, check sealing and labeling, test draw and vapor, then compare flavor against the reference profile the desk provides.

Minimums, tiers and payment terms

Be wary of quotations far below the normal band. They usually reflect downgraded cells, weak e-liquid or untested mix-grade stock — the kind of saving that returns as returns, chargebacks and lost regulars. Our pricing is competitive but never at the expense of batch quality.

The biggest lever on price is specification. Higher puff counts, larger cells, premium mesh coils and custom packaging all shift cost, so it pays to decide which features your customers actually use rather than paying headroom for headline numbers that do not sell.

Practical checklist

• Plan counter display units and flavor cards for launch day
• Book sea freight early ahead of Chinese public holidays
• Set warehouse storage between 15°C and 30°C, under 65% humidity
• Compare landed (DDP) cost, not factory price alone
• Keep the trade desk contact on +86 13711127975 for reorders and claims
• Approve digital mockups before any custom printing begins

Compliance paperwork for Venezuela imports

If your country requires local notification or registration, flag it at quotation stage. We supply the technical files and sample batches needed for filing, and we will not recommend a configuration we cannot support with paperwork in writing.

For online sellers in Venezuela, the asset pack matters as much as the product: white-background images, spec tables and flavor descriptions let a new apple vape listing go live the day stock arrives.

Air parcels can split from sea freight for urgent Venezuela launches: a small parcel fills the shelf while the main volume follows at sea freight rates.
