The Iraq Apple Vape Quality Control Handbook for Distributors

Freight options from Shenzhen to Iraq

Standard export orders move by sea in full-container or less-than-container loads through Shenzhen Shekou, with air freight and rail options for urgent top-ups. Typical door-to-door timing is 5 to 7 working days depending on destination and season, and we book early around Chinese public holidays when capacity tightens.

Tracking is proactive, not optional. You receive departure notice, transshipment updates and arrival reminder from the same account manager who quoted you. For urgent retail launches we can split shipments — a small air parcel to fill the shelf while the sea freight follows.

We ship DAP, DDP or FOB depending on what your business needs. DDP customers get a single landed price with duties and taxes handled; experienced importers often prefer FOB Guangzhou Nansha and their own forwarder. Either way, the commercial invoice, packing list and airway or bill of lading are delivered the moment goods move.

Flavor planning for the Iraq market

Flavor preference varies sharply by region, and our shipping data reflects it: fruit and ice lines dominate in warmer markets, while tobacco and dessert profiles hold steady in cooler ones. New customers are welcome to ask for a flavor recommendation mix matched to Iraq rather than guessing.

Distributors covering Iraq often ask about territory planning. Because the quality control program is built on reorder volume rather than one-off deals, the desk shares regional demand context before commitments are made.

Packaging standards for export cartons

Retail presentation for apple vape starts at the factory. Single units are sealed in foil pouches or blister cards with tamper-evident marks, grouped in inner trays of ten, and loaded into five-layer export master cartons that survive long-haul handling.

The fastest route to a live number is a message with quantity and destination. Those two details let the desk return apple vape unit pricing, freight options and stock positions for Iraq in a single reply - usually within hours.

Stock rotation at the Iraq warehouse should run first-in-first-out, with cartons held between 15°C and 30°C and humidity under 65%. Batch dates printed on every master carton make the discipline easy to audit.

Storage and shelf life at your Iraq warehouse

Retail display units should stay in their sealed trays until sale. Opened stock should be merchandised upright, away from heat sources and strong light. Stores that follow this routine report virtually zero leak or dry-hit complaints across the apple vape range.

Recommended storage temperature sits between 15°C and 30°C with humidity under 65%. E-liquid exposed to prolonged heat can darken and lose top notes, while cold storage below freezing can compromise seal integrity — ambient conditioned space is ideal.

Landed cost planning for Iraq buyers

Cartons for apple vape are built to survive international handling: five-layer corrugated board, molded inner trays, and weight kept under 18kg per master carton to comply with common carrier limits. Carton markings include item code, flavor, quantity, batch number and gross/net weight, so warehouse receiving is fast.

We ship DAP, DDP or FOB depending on what your business needs. DDP customers get a single landed price with duties and taxes handled; experienced importers often prefer FOB Ningbo-Zhoushan and their own forwarder. Either way, the commercial invoice, packing list and airway or bill of lading are delivered the moment goods move.
