Apple Vape Private Label Checklist for Vietnam Trade Buyers

Private-label options for Vietnam brands

OEM customers own the relationship with their market while we stay invisible: neutral packing, no supplier paperwork in the carton, and no contact with your end customers. Many of today's regional apple vape brands started as a single master-canon test order through this program.

Private-label apple vape is available for buyers building their own brand. The process starts with a specification sheet — puffs, nicotine strength, flavor list, colors and packaging — followed by a digital mockup, a physical sample and then production. Typical lead time runs 12 to 18 working days including sample approval.

Retail presentation and display support

Labeling can follow destination requirements — nicotine warnings, importer details, batch codes and barcodes can all be printed in position. Artwork templates are supplied in editable format so own-label customers can adapt them in minutes.

Counter display units are available for most lines: branded CDU trays that hold the flavor range in one neat block, with flavor cards that help customers self-select. Retailers using CDUs report faster basket decisions and fewer staff questions.

Practical checklist

• Keep the trade desk contact on +86 13711127975 for reorders and claims
• Set warehouse storage between 15°C and 30°C, under 65% humidity
• Choose puff count and nicotine strength to match your customer base
• Approve digital mockups before any custom printing begins
• Compare landed (DDP) cost, not factory price alone
• Plan counter display units and flavor cards for launch day

Compliance paperwork for Vietnam imports

All products are intended for adult smokers of legal age. We do not market to minors, our packaging carries no youth-oriented imagery, and trade customers are expected to follow the age-verification and advertising rules of their own jurisdictions.

Air parcels can split from sea freight for urgent Vietnam launches: a small parcel fills the shelf while the main volume follows at sea freight rates.
