How Vermont Buyers Handle Apple Vape Payment Terms

Packaging standards for export cartons

Counter display units are available for most lines: branded CDU trays that hold the flavor range in one neat block, with flavor cards that help customers self-select. Retailers using CDUs report faster basket decisions and fewer staff questions.

Freight to Vermont runs sea, air or rail depending on urgency and volume. DDP quotations fold duties and taxes into one landed figure, while experienced importers often take FOB and route through their own forwarder.

Comparing quotations the professional way

Ignoring landed cost in favor of headline unit price frequently flips the ranking between suppliers once freight and duties are added. Always compare delivered cost to your warehouse, never FOB price alone.

Be wary of quotations far below the normal band. They usually reflect downgraded cells, weak e-liquid or untested mix-grade stock — the kind of saving that returns as returns, chargebacks and lost regulars. Our pricing is competitive but never at the expense of batch quality.

Claims are rare and handled fast. Photo evidence of a damaged carton or defective unit is matched against batch records and resolved with replacement units on the next apple vape shipment to Vermont.

Documents that travel with every shipment

All products are intended for adult smokers of legal age. We do not market to minors, our packaging carries no youth-oriented imagery, and trade customers are expected to follow the age-verification and advertising rules of their own jurisdictions.

Labeling can follow destination requirements — nicotine warnings, importer details, batch codes and barcodes can all be printed in position. Artwork templates are supplied in editable format so own-label customers can adapt them in minutes.

Common mistakes Vermont first-time buyers make

Under-planning lead times around Chinese holidays and peak shipping season turns predictable restocks into emergencies. Building a two-week buffer and using split shipments keeps apple vape shelves full year-round.

Air parcels can split from sea freight for urgent Vermont launches: a small parcel fills the shelf while the main volume follows at sea freight rates.
