Apple Vape Packaging & Cartons Checklist for Jordan Trade Buyers

Private-label options for Jordan brands

OEM customers own the relationship with their market while we stay invisible: neutral packing, no supplier paperwork in the carton, and no contact with your end customers. Many of today's regional apple vape brands started as a single master-canon test order through this program.

Battery transport rules are treated as part of the product. Cells travel at safe state-of-charge with proper carton marks and documentation, which is why Jordan shipments clear forwarders with minimal friction.

Custom packaging is where own-brand programs win at retail. We produce retail blister cards, display boxes of 10, counter CDU units and flavor-guide cards, all matching your artwork. Files are checked by our pre-press team before printing to avoid the font and barcode errors that delay first launches.

Sample policy and product evaluation

For container programs and private-label projects, ask for the specification workbook before ordering. Contact the desk at +86 13711127975; most quotes are returned within a few hours during China business time.

First orders from Jordan rarely need to be large. A mixed apple vape carton starting at 1,000 units tests flavor response, packaging quality and transit time before the buyer commits to deeper stock.

Every quotation for Jordan separates unit price, export packing and freight, so the landed number is visible from the first reply. Hidden-cost pricing is the fastest way to lose a trade account, and the desk refuses to work that way.

Practical checklist

• Plan counter display units and flavor cards for launch day
• Keep the trade desk contact on +86 13711127975 for reorders and claims
• Choose puff count and nicotine strength to match your customer base
• Approve digital mockups before any custom printing begins
• Book sea freight early ahead of Chinese public holidays
• Set warehouse storage between 15°C and 30°C, under 65% humidity

Quality control before anything leaves the factory

Automated filling and sealing controls dosage precision and prevents the leakage that plagues cheap wholesale stock. Devices then pass through draw-activation testing, airflow calibration and visual checks before batching.

We reject the common wholesale trick of shipping untested mix-grade stock. Every batch we send has passed the same checklist, and customers receive the inspection summary with their shipping confirmation. If a unit fails within the defect window, the claim is handled with replacement units on the next order — no debate.

Payment terms for Jordan accounts follow a simple path: bank transfer with a deposit for new buyers, and milestone terms for established accounts running container programs. Current terms are confirmed in writing with every quotation.

Packaging standards for export cartons

Counter display units are available for most lines: branded CDU trays that hold the flavor range in one neat block, with flavor cards that help customers self-select. Retailers using CDUs report faster basket decisions and fewer staff questions.

Master cartons are marked on two sides with item, flavor, quantity, batch and weight, and pallets are stretch-wrapped with corner protection. The result is receiving-bay friendly freight that scans, stacks and stores without manual repacking.
