Apple Vape Compliance Documents Checklist for Peru Trade Buyers

Quality control before anything leaves the factory

We reject the common wholesale trick of shipping untested mix-grade stock. Every batch we send has passed the same checklist, and customers receive the inspection summary with their shipping confirmation. If a unit fails within the defect window, the claim is handled with replacement units on the next order — no debate.

Quality control is not a slogan here. Cells are voltage-sorted, e-liquid batches are bench-checked, and an AQL sample from every apple vape carton run is inspected before the container doors close - the summary ships with the paperwork.

When destination rules in Peru change, paperwork changes with them. Flag the market at quotation stage and the desk confirms the exact certificate set in writing rather than at customs.

Storage and shelf life at your Peru warehouse

Recommended storage temperature sits between 15°C and 30°C with humidity under 65%. E-liquid exposed to prolonged heat can darken and lose top notes, while cold storage below freezing can compromise seal integrity — ambient conditioned space is ideal.

Payment terms for Peru accounts follow a simple path: bank transfer with a deposit for new buyers, and milestone terms for established accounts running container programs. Current terms are confirmed in writing with every quotation.

Shelf life is typically 18 to 24 months from production under proper conditions, and every master carton carries the batch date. We ship fresh production rather than aged stock, which gives retailers the full selling window and makes seasonal planning straightforward.

Practical checklist

• Approve digital mockups before any custom printing begins
• Plan counter display units and flavor cards for launch day
• Book sea freight early ahead of Chinese public holidays
• Confirm destination regulations and required certificates before ordering
• Register batch codes on arrival for first-in-first-out rotation
• Choose puff count and nicotine strength to match your customer base

Private-label options for Peru brands

Custom packaging is where own-brand programs win at retail. We produce retail blister cards, display boxes of 10, counter CDU units and flavor-guide cards, all matching your artwork. Files are checked by our pre-press team before printing to avoid the font and barcode errors that delay first launches.

Age policy is absolute: products are marketed to adult smokers of legal age only, and Peru trade customers are expected to apply the same standard in their own channels.

Minimums for custom apple vape are modest compared with most consumer electronics because the category turns quickly. Flavor houses on our roster can develop bespoke profiles from a reference sample, a brief, or even a competitor product you want matched as closely as regulation allows.

Retail presentation and display support

Counter display units are available for most lines: branded CDU trays that hold the flavor range in one neat block, with flavor cards that help customers self-select. Retailers using CDUs report faster basket decisions and fewer staff questions.

Master cartons are marked on two sides with item, flavor, quantity, batch and weight, and pallets are stretch-wrapped with corner protection. The result is receiving-bay friendly freight that scans, stacks and stores without manual repacking.

Freight to Peru runs sea, air or rail depending on urgency and volume. DDP quotations fold duties and taxes into one landed figure, while experienced importers often take FOB and route through their own forwarder.
